With over 32 years of industry experience, Glenn leads Group Benefit Strategies with integrity and a passion for helping employers and individuals find affordable, compliant insurance solutions. He holds National Producer License NPN #6813348 / Agency #8299345 and is ACA and AHIP certified.
Glenn oversees all agency operations, including sales, renewals, marketing, training, and staff development. His leadership has earned multiple honors, including the Harford County Service Award and Best of Bel Air Business recognition.
He also serves as an Agency Strategic Partner with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and Legislative Chair for both NAIFA MD and NABIP MD boards.

Sylvia has more than 31 years of experience and 21 years with the company. As a longtime insurance broker for businesses in Maryland and several other states, Licensed (6818501) and ACA certified, she manages sales, renewals, ordering supplies, and many other service operations.
A recognized leader in her field, Sylvia, also serves as an Agency Strategic Partner with UnitedHealthcare (UHC.)
A ten-time Pro Club award recipient, Sylvia is known for her compassion, professionalism, and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Fun Fact: Family means everything to Sylvia. Nothing makes her happier than spending time with the people who mean the most to her, showering her pets with love, supporting local charities, and finding ways to give back to those in need.
Donna brings 34 years of experience, including 11 years with Group Benefit Strategies. She manages enrollments, renewals, quoting, carrier coordination, and client communications.
Fun Fact: Donna enjoys spending time with her dogs, Sasha and Teddy.
With 31 years of experience, Richard specializes in helping individuals and businesses secure coverage that aligns with both budget and long-term needs. He is ACA certified and licensed (NPN #6824790).
Fun Fact: Richard enjoys fishing whenever he can.
